Jennia Salik, LMT believes the intention in which massage therapy is performed is key to the success of implementation.

She graduated with student of the year honors from the New Age Spa Institute for clinical massage therapy and is certified in prenatal massage. She also holds a nationally accredited Level 2 Personal Trainer certification in accordance with the American College of Sports Institute guidelines.

She combines multiple modalities in a single session including deep tissue, trigger point, stretching, positional release, myofascial cupping and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation.

Every client has different needs and Jennia works with each on an individual basis encouraging self-care options that help promote the work done on the table.
